Siaha dated the 23rd Feb, 2023: Today, the Mara Autonomous District Council (MADC) agreed to operate a joint operational partnership with the Mara Thyutlia Py. General Headquarter, Siaha (MTP Gen.HQ – ILP & Anti Illegal Cell)by signing a Memorandum of Understanding on “Strengthening of Operational Partnership”. The MoU signing took place at CEM, Chamber, Siaha on the 23rd February,2023 at 13:00 hours
This MoU is signed by Puhpa M. Laikaw, Chief Executive Member (Mara Autonomous District Council) and Puhpa N. Solomon Beihlotha, Asst. General Secretary & Chairman (MTP Gen. HQ – IT Cell). The MoU is written in lingua franca consisting of 6 pages. The MoU is a form of two parties’ commitment in fighting against a rapid rising of unwarranted Inner Line Permit(ILP) and numerous unauthorized anti Illegal Trade within Siaha town.
